This armor has no rival. Your XJ may be called boxy but actually has light curve all over the Jeep. Some venders insists that you can get a flat 1/8 piece of metal to conform to the side of the Jeep witch is 18 gauge metal. Lets be honest the only thing conforming is the Jeep.  This also puts unnecessary strain on the mounting fasteners.

Our solution is to CNC roll the entire piece of cold rolled steel after it was precision CNC laser cut. Then we take that slightly rolled piece and put it in our CNC 200 ton press brake.

Made from 1/8 pickled in oil, cold rolled steel.  All mounting hardware is included.

We can add a rub rail on the top edge for you. We use a piece of 1.75″ NC bent tubing to help protect your Jeep.

Also available in  blank version. This will not have any taillight holes. It will be up to you to do that.
