2×6 Rocker Replacement is a DIY kit to make the install of 2×6 box tubing way easier. We have been using this in our shop for the past 10 years and would not attempt to do the job with out it. It just makes it so much easier. Our kit is set up to fit any vehicle with a unibody. But we have only tested it out on XJ, MJ, and ZJ’s.
These kits work with our frame stiffners.
HOW THIS IS MADE AT ARES
All of our 2×6 Rocker Replacement Kits start off as a piece of 1/8″ steel, pickled in oil plate. These are then laser cut on a CNC Laser cutting machine. Why laser instead of plasma? Fit and finish! Laser cutting is a far superior machine for cutting bumpers. Cut quality is second to none.
After the laser, we press from all the facets with a CNC 300 ton press.
This is when we perform a final inspection. Once it passes, our shipping department places all of the associated parts ain boxes to ship out.
