Here is the all new Evolution Cut and Fold Rear bumper. This complements ourEvo Front Winch bumperperfectly. We start with a piece of cold rolled, pickled in oil 3/16″ plate and cut it into shape on a CNC laser cutter. Then we take it over to the CNC press brake, bending it to exact dimensions. Then it’s off to our precision jigs where a certified welder assembles it. Afterwards, it receives a quick grind and sand, and it is ready for you to finish the bare steel bumper in a coating you decide on.
